MADE FOR THE EVERYDAY RETAIL SHIFT

Serve the customer.
Keep the business connected.

Useful systems behind every confident answer.

01 / WHERE RETAIL GETS DISCONNECTED

Busy counters.
Clearer control.

We configure the records and responsibilities that keep store teams, warehouse staff and accounts working together.

01 / BILLING

Prices are checked over a phone call.

Item names, variants and pricing rules differ between the store and back office.

Give the counter a reliable catalogue

Clean item masters, define variants and configure agreed pricing, permissions and billing workflows.

ZOHO POS
02 / STOCK

The shelf and the report disagree.

Sales, receipts, transfers and adjustments are not recorded consistently.

Make stock movements traceable

Define location ownership, stock-count routines and approved movement processes with your team.

03 / STORE REVIEW

Sales look strong. The details arrive late.

Returns, discounts and collection differences need separate follow-ups.

Review the store with context

Agree reporting definitions and connect the required records for sales, returns and collection review.

02 / ANSWER WHILE THE CUSTOMER IS HERE

“Do you have
my size?”

Look beyond one shelf. Give staff a location-wise view of recorded variants so they can check availability before promising a pickup or transfer.

Try it: choose a size in the stock view.
We configure item variants, locations and movement processes. Availability depends on timely stock entries and the connections in your setup.

03 / KEEP THE EXCEPTIONS VISIBLE

A return is more
than a refund.

Item condition, stock disposition and financial treatment need their own decisions. Here’s how we help your team keep them connected.

01

Find the original transaction

Identify the item, quantity and reference before processing the return.

02

Record what came back

Log the received quantity and condition. Define which items may return to available stock.

03

Close the financial record

Apply the approved refund or credit process with the appropriate permissions and references.

Return rules and approval requirements are agreed during implementation.
04 / END THE DAY WITH ANSWERS

Close the store.
Keep the differences open.

A recorded sale and a settled payment are different events. Set up a review that shows what matches and what still needs investigation.

05 / YOUR RETAIL TOOLKIT

The right tools
for your store network.

We choose the combination around your billing, locations, customer needs and reporting—not a fixed bundle of apps.

Choose the architecture before connecting apps.

Zoho POS already includes retail inventory functions. A separate Inventory, CRM or Analytics setup depends on your requirements. We confirm supported connections, subscription scope and any custom work before implementation.

    Map the retail operation

Review store formats, billing hardware, item variants, locations, payments and return policies.

  2. 02

    Prepare the catalogue and records

Clean item codes, pricing and customer data. Agree opening stock and configure roles and permissions.

  3. 03

    Pilot everyday transactions

Test billing, receipts, transfers, returns and day-end review with the people who will use them.

  4. 04

    Train and launch by location

08 / BEFORE YOU START

Retail questions.
Practical answers.

Can we keep our current billing system?

We first assess its exports, APIs and supported integrations. You may retain it and connect agreed data, or scope a move to Zoho POS. We confirm the options before recommending a change.

Can we track sizes, colours and store stock?

We can configure the agreed item variants and locations in the selected inventory system. Accurate availability also depends on recording sales, receipts, returns and transfers consistently.

Will online orders and store stock connect automatically?

That depends on your sales channels and supported connectors. We assess each channel, define the source of stock truth and test the agreed sync behaviour. Custom integrations may be required.

Can you migrate our opening stock and customer records?

Yes. We scope the required masters and opening records, clean and map the data, run trial imports and reconcile results before the agreed cutover.

Do you train staff at each store?

Training is planned by role and location. The proposal defines the delivery format, pilot coverage, rollout schedule and post-launch support.
